Controller
The data controller is Ester Maria de las Heras. For questions about your personal data, email malaga.3dsur@gmail.com.
Data and purposes
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and message. We use it to reply and, if you ask about a commission, to assess or prepare your request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request for a possible commission; for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures visits using identifiers and information about usage, device, browser and approximate location. The legal basis is your consent. If you refuse, measurement is not started.
Retention and recipients
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and afterwards only as needed to meet legal obligations or respond to possible claims. If a commission is agreed, legally required retention periods may apply.
We use hosting and email providers to operate the site and reply. If you accept Analytics, Google receives measurement data. Opening WhatsApp or other external links takes you to services with their own policies. Google may process data in the United States and states that it adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; other providers apply the relevant transfer safeguards where required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing malaga.3dsur@gmail.com. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Cookies” in the footer, without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and local storage
The first-party malaga3dsur-language cookie remembers the language you choose for one year. The malaga3dsur-cookie-consent local storage entry and its date remember your Analytics choice for at most 24 months, after which we ask again.
Only if you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga (distinguishing visitors) and _ga_* (keeping session state). Google gives a default duration of two years, although browsers may shorten it. They are analytics cookies, and Google may process their data outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s privacy policy.
Use the “Cookies” button in the homepage footer to accept or reject analytics cookies and change your choice at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
